For “Dead on Arrival” of installable products, returns are going to be accepted as long as the merchandise was installed by Brands authorised service centre.

If you report an issue with your Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine or Microwave, In between 7 days we may schedule a technician visit at your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide resolution and after 7 days brand will responsible for any technical issue.

There might be certain circumstances beyond our control where you'll receive a damaged / defective product or a product that's not an equivalent as per your original order. We'll replace the merchandise for your satisfaction at without any extra cost.
