How do you cancel your order before
delivery?
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel and have not been delivered

will review the reason for your cancellation and we ‘ll cancel it without any
further delay and the money will be refunded to you after the cancellation
request is duly processed by us.
How
will you get refund?
• In case, payments
are done through credit/debit cards or net banking, it will take 3-4 business
days for your refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred back to
the source account. If the payment was done through public sector banks, it can
take up to 10-15 working days.
• For cash
on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the amount,
against the billing details shared by the customer. This process will be
completed within minutes of receiving the products back and your bank details
on our Email- customercare@easyget99.com.
Will you
get the complete refund for the order you've cancelled?
Yes, don’t worry! We’ll surely refund the
entire amount for a cancelled order.
What if
it is the case of
cancellation once the delivery has already been done?
After when you make the complaint about getting damaged
product or any other issue, we will try to resolve the objective. Otherwise,
we'll process the request without any delay. Once the products have been received by us with

of returned product at our warehouse.
